Ways to report a crime or incident:

  1. Annonymously -- Contact the Neighborhood Safety Team Baltimore County (NSTBC) at nsafetyteam@nstbc.org. The information will be passed on to the police department without your name or personal information attached.
  2. Emergency -- Call 911.
  3. Non-emergency -- 410-887-2222 (if you have suspect information an officer will come out for a description).
  4. Online (You cannot do it online if you saw the suspect and you want to describe him/her. An officer has to interview you.) -- To report a crime online go to: http://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/Agencies/police/onlinereport/ .
  5. PCRC Meeting -- Attend a meeting and voice your concerns, especially if you think you have noticed a crime trend or something that is "just not quite right".

  Woodlawn Police Community Relations Council (PCRC) Meetings
The purpose is to discuss crime trends, law enforcement Issues, community activities and problems, etc.

Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 7-9 pm. The public is invited to attend. They meet at the Woodlawn Police Precinct at 6424 Windsor Mill Rd. (Corner of Windsor Mill Rd. and Woodlawn Drive).

The police cannot be everywhere and need your eyes and ears. They welcome reports of crime and problems in your neighborhood. One way to do that is to attend a PCRC meeting and voice your concerns. If you feel you need to remain anonymous, you can report them to the Neighborhood Safety Team instead.

Neighborhood Safety Team
  Neighborhood Safety Team Baltimore County (NSTBC)
The purpose is to collaboratively plan and implement strategies to reduce crime and promote the general welfare of the member communities. Among other things, they help communities form community associations and Citizen's on Patrol (COP) teams. If you believe there is a problem in your neighborhood, you may report it to them and they will report it to the Baltimore County Police anonymously.

They meet at the Woodlawn Police Precinct at 6:30 pm on the first Monday of each month:
